Pokemon Journeys has officially given Ash’s Gengar its own Gigantamax form with the newest episode of the anime! The series has been making its way through a string of two episode arcs that have challenged Ash and his team in a number of interesting ways. This meant not only a return of Dawn, Cynthia, and the Sinnoh region to honor the recent releases of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, but the run of episodes for the year ended in Japan with a special two episode arc that saw Ash and Goh head out in a spooky adventure to help Gengar reach Gigantamax.
