Marvel has announced that Luke Cage will be making a return… to the pages of Marvel Comics. In October Marvel Comics will launch Luke Cage: City of Fire, a three-issue miniseries that will serve as something of a modern character piece vehicle for Luke Cage by examining his expanded role in Marvel’s Harlem neighborhood, as well as the larger Marvel Universe. A new Nintendo Switch Online leak has revealed some nostalgic games coming to the subscription service on Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED. The leak comes the way of Twitter and features footage of an alleged master version of the Nintendo Switch Online NES application, which, when compared to the current version, reveals some games coming to the subscription service, games and series like Pac-Man, Tetris, Galaga, Mega Man, and Castlevania....
One Piece has dropped the first look at the storyboards for its new movie, One Piece: Red! Eiichiro Oda’s original manga franchise had one heck of a year last year as it reached both its 1000th chapter and 1000th episode, but it was soon confirmed that the series had some big plans for 2022 as well with the confirmation that the next feature film in the franchise was in the works....
Back in January, DC fans were treated to a follow-up to James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, which was released last year. Spiral: From The Book of Saw is moving up its theatrical release date to May 14, 2021. That’s a week earlier than Lionsgate’s May 21, 2021 release date, which was set after Spiral was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Suicide Squad has been in theaters and on HBO Max for nearly a month now, and fans are still relishing in its irreverent take on the DC Comics mythos. One of the standout elements of the film is Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) who reprises her role from 2016’s Suicide Squad and 2020’s Birds of Prey with epic fanfare. The WWE commentary team at Wrestlemania 37 are doing a lot of thinking on their feet, literally. Eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed that the commentary team of Michael Cole, Samoa Joe, and Byron Saxton were standing in front of the announcer’s table during the opening match at Wrestlemania 37, necessary due to the downpour falling in Tampa Bay over the course of the evening. There’s a new, mysterious issue with Xbox One consoles giving players the “black screen of death.” At first, the console-bricking issue seemed to be limited to Xbox Insiders, a special opt-in program that only a fraction of Xbox users are enrolled in. However, it appears that while many of the consoles going down to this bug are consoles of Xbox Insiders, the wider Xbox public is also now being plagued with the problem, which of course suggest Microsoft may have a larger problem on its hands, though nothing like the infamous “red ring of death....
Paramount has confirmed the new casting for Yellowstone Season 5. In a press release from the Paramount Network, they revealed that Kai Caster, Lainey Wilson, Lilli Kay, and Dawn Oliveri will be joining the cast this season. There had been reporting about the newcomers, but nothing from the company itself. However, it doesn’t get more official than straight from the horse’s mouth. TV’s #1 series marches on. Comics artist Robson Rocha is hoping for fans to donate blood after seeing up close how strapped hospitals are for blood and other resources as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Rocha is currently at Eduardo de Menezes Hospital, being treated for COVID-19 himself, and Brazilian artist Fabi Marques took to social media to ask for blood donations. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 has revealed a much closer look at Suguru Geto’s design for the new movie, and it’s got a surprising difference from his look in the anime! The anime franchise is breaking out with its feature film debut following the successful debut season of the TV anime, but this movie will be taking a step backward. Rather than showing fans the next step of the story, this new movie will instead be going back and adapting Gege Akutami’s original pilot series created before Jujutsu Kaisen’s final series was serialized and many of its ideas were then set in stone....

Hosoda’s feature film slate has been filled with some of the most well received of all time with features like Summer Wars, Wolf Children, and most recently, Mirai, and now the famed director has a new film on the way to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Studio Chizu.
