Back in October of last year the hit drama series Dawson’s Creek appeared on Netflix and has been streaming ever since. If you’ve watched the classic show on the streamer however you may have noticed something, the actual theme song from the series, Paula Cole’s “I Don’t Want To Wait,” didn’t play over the opening credits. The reason for this is that when Sony Pictures Television licensed the song all those years ago they only paid for the on-air rights to the song, meaning it hasn’t been available on streaming or DVD releases of Dawnson’s Creek, that is, until now....

Ryan Reynolds wanted LeVar Burton to know how fans helped him land the role of Deadpool. The Free Guy actor took to Twitter to explain how it all went down. It’s been a busy day for the Reading Rainbow star after Jeopardy’s host stepped down. The Internet actually put their full support behind Burton and Reynolds has voiced his desires on Twitter before. The latest Marvel Cinematic Universe installment, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, scored well with CinemaScore audiences. The marketing firm reports that moviegoers gave Shang-Chi an average A rating. It tweeted the results, stating, “We polled @Marvel’s @shangchi tonight and viewers gave it an A grade! Congrats @SimuLiu! Are you looking forward to catching the latest Marvel movie? #CinemaScore.” Shang-Chi has done similarly well with critics. It earned a 92% fresh Rotten Tomatoes score....

Star Wars turned the Battersea Power Station chimney stacks into lightsabers as a part of a viral promotion. On Twitter, the UK’s account for the brand showed off the red and blue lights coming out of the two buildings. Obi-Wan Kenobi is rapidly approaching and people are getting more excited by the day. Both Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen are returning for their roles after so many years away. The fans are expecting big things with both stars hinting at lightsaber battles between Obi-Wan and Darth Vader at some point....

Last year, Nintendo announced that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate would no longer receive new content, as development on the game had officially come to an end. Following the release of the final DLC fighter Sora, many fans hoped the game would at least continue to add new Spirits. Alas, Nintendo announced that the game would begin to recycle previous Spirit events. Terminator: Resistance Enhanced on PlayStation 5 has been given a slight delay. Announced last month, the title was expected to debut on March 26th, but now has a new release date of April 30th. The announcement was made on Twitter by publisher Reef Games, but no reason was given for the short delay, as of this writing. The title is an enhanced port of the PS4 original, offering a number of upgrades to take advantage of the next-gen hardware, including 4K visuals, faster load times, and more....

Bootleg Universe and Netflix’s Castlevania creator Adi Shankar has many new projects in the works, and one of them is making the rounds at Cannes. The series is called Guardians of Justice (or, The Guardians of Justice (Will Save You!)), and as you can see in the preview below, it is certainly going to be an experience! Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is finally hitting theatres next week, but some countries aren’t expected to show the Marvel film. It was announced last week that the movie had been banned in Saudi Arabia and the same announcement soon followed in Egypt. Now, it’s looking like China will also refrain from showing the film. In the case of Saudia Arabia and Egypt, it’s been reported that the reasoning behind the film’s ban is due to 12 seconds of footage that Disney refused to take out which references America Chavez’s (Xochitl Gomez) mothers....

Dave Bautista is the wrestler-turned-actor who is best known for playing Drax in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor will be seen next in Army of the Dead, the new zombie movie helmed by Zack Snyder. Considering Bautista was directed by James Gunn in both Guardians of the Galaxy movies before working with Snyder, he was recently asked how the two directors, who known for making comic book movies, compare.
