The Hurt Business was one of the pillars during the pandemic era for Monday Night Raw as Bobby Lashley, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander all found success with one another by teaming up and forming a tough faction. But after Lashley was able to secure his very first WWE Championship, things started to change for this group as it was clear that Lashley and MVP were distancing themselves from Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander in past weeks....

The world of live-action DC films is about to get some interesting evolutions in the next few years, both in terms of new characters and compelling Easter eggs and concepts. That already appears to be the case for HBO Max’s Batgirl film, which will bring Barbara Gordon / Batgirl (Leslie Grace) to life onscreen with great fanfare. The film’s Glasgow production has been jam-packed with various Easter eggs and references to different aspects of DC lore — and the newest behind-the-scenes photos show two wildly different ties to Batman lore....

Call of Duty: Warzone has once again come around to Season Two now that it’s been integrated with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for a while now, and with that new season comes more weapons, gameplay features, and other changes to take note of. As such, the update is a larger one that comes in at around 17GB regardless of what platform you’re playing on, so you may need to make room for the content if you haven’t downloaded it already....

Not long after one of its newest Pokemon games got an update, Nintendo announced on Thursday that Mario Golf: Super Rush would also be getting a free update this week. This isn’t a small update geared towards bug fixes and other similar releases either with the free update bringing a new character, a new course, and more to the game. Release times weren’t announced, but following the release of the update, we should expect to see Nintendo share patch notes for the update as well....

A new MLB The Show 21 update will be live soon on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, and ahead of the update’s release Sony San Diego has released the official patch notes revealing everything the update does, which largely makes gameplay changes that will impact players playing online head to head the most. The Release timing and direction now have a less lenient criteria for ‘Good’ and ‘Perfect’ pitches....

Lewis Tan wants you to go catch Mortal Kombat in IMAX when you feel comfortable. The star tweeted about the feel of the film on the largest screen possible. People flocked to see Mortal Kombat on HBO Max and the creative team hopes that some will want to catch it in a traditional theater experience as well Godzilla vs Kong did pretty well in theaters considering the circumstances and people will probably enjoy the action title in the same vein....

My Hero Academia will be screening its new OVA for the World Heroes’ Mission movie in theaters across Japan for a limited time. Releasing across Japan last Summer and internationally later in the year, My Hero Academia’s third feature film outing has been one of the most successful releases for the franchise as a whole. Now that the film is getting ready for its home video release in Japan, fans will also get to soon see the new OVA anime special that was announced to be coming with the official Blu-ray and DVD release for the new movie in Japan....

Moon Knight’s penultimate episode, “Asylum,” was released this week and it featured Steven Grant (Oscar Isaac) learning some harsh truths about himself and Marc Spector (also Oscar Isaac). Warning: Spoilers Ahead! In the previous episode, “The Tomb,” Marc woke up in an asylum and an old VHS was playing on the TV. In the newest episode, we learn that Marc was a fan of a film called Tomb Buster, which followed an explorer named Steven Grant....

PlayStation Plus may be bringing back a popular PS3 feature. PS Plus is expanding this summer with the addition of two new and pricier tiers of the subscription service. And according to a new report, if this new expansion of PS Plus does well on PS4 and PS5 for Sony, then there’s a chance another major change will be implemented. Back on the PS3, online play was free. You did not need PS Plus to play games online, a big difference between the PlayStation console and the Xbox 360, which required Xbox Live Gold to play online games....

Pokemon Journeys is showcasing some of the new episodes it has coming in the Fall season with a fun new trailer! Ash Ketchum and Goh are still making their way through every region of the franchise introduced so far, but the anime has been steadily building towards a noticeable endgame. With Ash fighting his way through the various tiers of the World Coronation Series through the series thus far, he has been inching closer and closer to the Master Class full of powerful opponents....

Now that WWE has confirmed WrestleMania 37 will take place in front of tens of thousands of fans across two nights in April, the question on every fan’s mind is what matches will be on the cards for the major annual event. Big current stars like Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre will undoubtedly be in the equation, but @WrestleVotes reported this week that a handful of part-time and former stars are also being considered for major matches....

Deadpool is an R-rated Marvel movie but that isn’t stopping people of all ages from loving (and memorizing) it. Ryan Reynolds is on the set of his new Netflix movie The Adam Project with his co-star Walker Scobell. Scobell, 12 years old, is fully in Deadpool mode as the two are seated in a car on the set and just won’t stop reciting lines from the mercenary’s sequel. Scobell has the entire opening monologue of Deadpool 2 memorized, including the character’s actions and insults towards Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman....

Josh Weinstein celebrated the 25th anniversary of an iconic Simpsons episode on Twitter this week. The writer pointed out his favorite bit from “Mountain of Madness.” The 12th episode of eighth season of the show saw Homer get trapped in a cabin with Mr. Burns. It’s a classic snow-in situation with both men at each other’s throats as hypothermia and hunger set in. But, that’s not the source of Weinstein’s laughs here....

Spider-Man: No Way Home just release some new photos from the film. In the first image from Empire Magazine Peter Parker is looking a little worse for wear. The floor of where he’s standing could be any number of places but fans are speculating it could be the Sanctum Sanctorum. (Even more adventurous observers are wondering if it could be the inside of that box curiously featured in the No Way Home trailer....

Marvel has had a ton of rumors swirling around What If…? But, Spider-Man voice actor Josh Keaton had to step up and debunk some of the claims going around. He’s a beloved figure in the animated Marvel community for his stint as Peter Parker in Spectacular Spider-Man. So, the fans naturally assumed that the company could do a quick homage by having him voice the version of the hero with the Cloak of Levitation featured in the promotional material....

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate support is coming to an end, yet fans of the game and the series at large have hope following a recent announcement. While Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and its predecessors have been some of the most popular games in the industry, and this is especially true within the confines of the fighting game genre, Nintendo has done very little to foster a competitive Super Smash Bros. scene that, despite the lack of support, has thrived....

WWE wrapped Saturday night’s Day 1 pay-per-view with Brock Lesnar pinning Big E in a five-way match to become the new WWE Champion. This immediately raised questions regarding the future direction of The Red Brand, given a) Lesnar had been used primarily on SmackDown despite his onscreen “free agent” status, b) his rumored match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38 in April is apparently still happening and c) the decision to have E drop the title was apparently a last-minute call, to the point where official social media graphics were accidentally released showing E listed as the winner of the initially-planned four-way match....

Cody Rhodes made his surprise return to AEW television this week, storming through the crowd to attack Malakai Black during one of his promos. Black appeared midway through the episode and claimed there was a traitor in his midst “wearing the colors of the enemy.” The camera then cut to actress Rosario Dawson (one of Rhodes’ co-hosts on The Go-Big Show), who was wearing a Nightmare Family jacket. Black began to approach the Daredevil star, prompting Rhodes to arrive....

AEW fans on the Squared Circle subreddit pointed out on Tuesday morning that both Awesome Kong and Shanna had been removed from the official roster page. While the Jacksonville-based promotion has not officially confirmed if the pair have been released, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported later in the day that the company had opted not to renew either of their contracts. It’s not clear how much time, if any, either woman still has on their current deals....
