The Suicide Squad was finally released today and features a star-studded lineup of actors. The movie’s cast clearly had fun making the movie together, and they’re still having some fun now that the film has been released. In fact, some of the cast recently joined the campaign that to get a major new landmark in Edmonton named after Nathan Fillion, who plays TDK in the new movie. Fillion hails from the Canadian city, which is in the process of converting a series of downtown parking lots into a luscious green park....

Somehow over the weekend, news that New Line Cinema is developing an English-language remake of the hit South Korean zombie movie Train to Busan began to go viral. Despite the news being six months old at this point, the word spread fast online and quickly drew extreme reactions and vast complaints about American studios remaking every good foreign horror film rather than something original. The new film, which has not been confirmed to take place in America (with its lack of real high speed rail transport presenting a major issue), does have a director attached though and to his credit filmmaker Timo Tjahjanto took the internet’s outrage in stride....

The Transformers franchise has been a staple of the box office for several decades, as the saga of the Autobots and the Decepticons has gone to some outrageous places. The live-action films have been expected to evolve even further with Transformers: The Rise of the Beasts, a film that will be inspired by the iconic Beast Wars storyline. A full year before Rise of the Beasts makes its theatrical debut, it’s clear that there’s a lot more storytelling left in store....

Roman Reigns will be facing Rey Mysterio in a Hell In A Cell match on Smackdown this week. That’s right, the Universal Title is on the line during the action on Fox. The Master of the 619 decided to tweet that he couldn’t wait any longer for this date with destiny. The animosity between the Big Dog and the Mysterio family has been ramping up in recent weeks. (Tossing Dominic out of the ring was a sight to see on social media....

Xbox Game Pass is getting one of its highest-rated games to date, but subscribers will not only need to wait until March to get their hands on the game, but not everyone will even qualify to play it. The game in question is not available on Xbox One, only on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. If you’re a subscriber on Xbox One, you’re simply out of luck. With as many cross-gen games that are releasing, subscribers on Xbox One haven’t missed much yet, but this is slowly but surely going to change, and on March 29 when Crusader Kings III is added, the missing out will begin....

Aliens: Dark Descent, a new game in the iconic sci-fi horror series, has been announced at Summer Game Fest. The Alien series has a long-running history within gaming, both good and bad. Some of the most notable examples come from games like Aliens: Colonial Marines, a game that was torn apart by fans and critics alike for being a complete disaster. It was meant to be the first-person shooter Alien fans had been craving for years, but fell apart at the seams and was widely ridiculed as one of the worst AAA games ever made....

After first announcing plans to add more Crewmate colors in the next big update, Among Us creators InnerSloth have been steadily teasing more and more colors ahead of June’s big gaming events. Another of those was revealed on Thursday to be a Tan Crewmate, a color which has a more detailed backstory in the history of Among Us than some players might have anticipated. With Tan now revealed, we still have several more colors to go before we reach the new total of 18 different colors....

Bungo Stray Dogs has announced it will be returning for a fourth season with its first revealed key visual! The third season of Bungo Stray Dogs initially made its debut back in 2019, and although there are three seasons and a feature film currently available, many fans had been wondering whether or not the series would be returning for a fourth season someday. After a couple of years of silence, Bungo Stray Dogs surprisingly announced that it would be returning for a fourth season and it’s now in production with much of the same staff as before....

Several members of the Avengers, including Captain Marvel and the new Captain America, team up in the first footage from the Disney Wish cruise ship. The new ship in the Disney Cruise Lines features an attraction called Avengers: Quantum Encounter, where passengers play “an interactive role in an action-packed Avengers mission that unfolds around them” involving Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Some of the first footage captured from Disney Wish shows Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and Anthony Mackie’s Captain Americainteracting with each other, along with action scenes starring Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp, and Iman Vellani’s Ms....

Free Guy posters inspired by video games have been revealed by Disney. A bunch of modern favorites is represented with Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Among Us. Over on the massive player base side of things we have Minecraft. No listing of 3D games would be complete with Super Mario 64. So, there’s a lot to choose from with all that going on. For those who are not aware, Ryan Reynolds plays a non-player character in a massively multiplayer online game....

Dune director Denis Villeneuve said that Marvel movies are a “cut & paste of other films” in a recent interview with El Mundo. Now, he’s not the first filmmaker to criticize what the House of Ideas is doing with their Cinematic Universe, and he won’t be the last. Specifically, the director said, “There are too many Marvel movies that are nothing more than a cut and paste of others.” Villeneuve has also been adamant about people seeing his films on the largest screen possible, rather than the day and date release model that other Warner Bros....

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s latest tease for this Black Adam movie is a scene in which he’ll be appearing shirtless onscreen. In one of his latest Instagram updates on Black Adam’s production, The Rock shows off the meal he had to consume at midnight last night (what looks like meat, eggs, and a wheat English muffin) while also letting fans know that it was all a part of his larger crazy eating regiment to pull off the look of a superhero body onscreen....

Virtually ever since Stephen King started publishing stories, his works have inspired filmmakers to bring those stories to life. His career has lasted so long that projects that have already been adapted are being revisited, the latest example of which is Firestarter from director Keith Thomas and writer Scott Teems. When most horror fans hear that a beloved story is being revisited, the biggest question they have is “why?” Typically, filmmakers will attempt to make narrative or thematic changes to what came before it to help realize untapped potential in the source material, but this latest effort does little to improve upon already-charted territory....

GameStop has announced a restock of PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch, all of which will release tomorrow. At the moment, when specifically this new hardware stock will be released hasn’t been divulged, and it doesn’t look like this will change. In fact, the retailer doesn’t even mention giving customers a heads up, but rather notes it will simply alert customers via social media when the stock is live....

Loki Episode 4 is out in the world and some fans have found a sly Kang Easter Egg in the episode. @mhadeedbutt pointed out that Ravonna Rennslayer’s number got revealed at the opening of the hour. She’s A-23 for anyone who didn’t manage to catch the sticking on her armor. Well, it turns out that Kang the Conqueror actually debuts in Avengers #23 and she turns up in that issue for the first time as well....

The name Thanos strikes fear across the Marvel Universe, which makes his newest promotion to leader of the Eternals all the more terrifying. The Mad Titan is part of the Eternals race, though he was seen as an outcast early on in his childhood. Eternals have fought alongside Earth’s Mightiest Heroes against Thanos on many occasions, but he always comes back for more. Thanos was recently elected as the leader of the Eternals in a controversial (and rigged) vote, but he isn’t even the most feared leader of the immortal superbeings in their long history....

Rian Johnson has revealed his interpretation of the mirror scene in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The director has taken a lot of flak about the entire movie. But, fans are quick to defend the filmmaker from some of that criticism. He spoke to Sariah Wilson about the polarizing scene. Something people continue to debate to this day is the true meaning of that mirror cave that Rey finds herself in midway through....

Greg Hardy got absolutely rocked by Tai Tuivasa at UFC 264. This fight had some juice behind it coming into the evening. The former NFL player thought his rise would continue but nothing is ever a sure thing in the world of MMA. Hardy was billing himself as the Prince of War and looked to get this thing over. T-Mobile Arena exploded when his challenger entered to Wannabe by the Spice Girls....

This week’s AEW Dynamite marked the first time Kenny Omega has appeared in front of AEW fans holding all four of his world championship titles. “The Cleaner” wore the AEW World Championship throughout his segment with Tony Schiavone and Orange Cassidy, while his lackey Michael Nakazawa wore both of the Impact World Championships and the AAA Mega Championship. WWE Hally of Famer Bully Ray, who held the TNA World Heavyweight Championship twice during his singles career, took great offense to how Impact’s top title was being presented....
