Super Dragon Ball Heroes might be introducing concepts and characters that will never find their way into the main continuity of Dragon Ball Super, but in doing so, it is giving plenty of fan service to fans who were hoping for big-name returns, with Goku Black recently being revealed as the Masked Saiyan. With the Dragon Ball Heroes manga continuing to release chapters alongside the anime, it seems as if Goku’s Ultra Instinct is a technique that the bizarre fusion of Zamasu and the Saiyan has seen before in his nefarious travels throughout Akira Toriyama’s universe....

Thor: Love and Thunder has officially begun filming in Australia, and there are a ton of Marvel Cinematic Universe stars expected to make an appearance. In addition to Chris Hemsworth and other actors known for the Thor movies, Thor: Love and Thunder is also expected to feature members of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Karen Gillian (Nebula), and Dave Bautista (Drax) have all been spotted in Sydney this month....

One Piece has debuted the first teaser trailer for the franchise’s next big film, One Piece: Red! The last One Piece film, One Piece: Stampede, was released back in 2019 as part of the celebration for the 20th Anniversary of the franchise. PUBG: Battlegrounds got a new update this week, but not on the game’s live servers. Instead, it’s gone live for testing for those who want to try out what’s to come ahead of the update’s full release which will happen later in the month. Marvel Studios has released the first clip from Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The clip, released via Fandango, see Shang-Chi (Simu Liu) and Katy (Awkwafina) being chased down the side of a skyscraper. You can see the clip below. Tickets for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings are now on sale. The film will remain a theater-exclusive film for 45 days when it debuts. Disney CEO Bob Chapek called the decision part of an “interesting experiment” for the company during an earnings call last week....

Spider-Man 3 star Zendaya had some praise for her co-star Alfred Molina. The actor is reprising his role as Otto Octavious in the upcoming sequel. It remains unclear if it’s supposed to be the exact same Doc Ock from the second Spider-Man movie or another version of the villain. What we do know is that the actress is completely enamored with his presence. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate version 12.0.0 is now live, bringing the latest fighter to the Nintendo Switch game: Kazuya from Tekken! In addition to the new fighter, this latest update brings in multiple new Mii Fighter Costumes from various video games, as well as new Spirits based on the Tekken franchise. Apple TV+ has released the first movie poster for Tom Hanks’ Finch. A lot of discussions have sprung up online about the feature which sees the beloved actor and lovable dog as they try to navigate the apocalypse. Originally, Finch was supposed to premiere in the fall of last year, but the pandemic prevented that. (Universal Pictures was handling the release back then.) But, now people will be able to enjoy the feature back in the comfort of their homes....

Twitter CEO and co-founder Jack Dorsey is leaving the nest. On Monday, @jack and Twitter announced Dorsey has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer, making way for the Board of Directors to appoint Parag Agrawal as CEO and a member of the Board, effective immediately. Dorsey will remain a member of the Board until his term expires at the 2022 meeting of stockholders. Twitter has named Bret Taylor the new Chairman of the Board, succeeding Patrick Pichette, who remains on the board as chair of the Audit Committee....

WWE Hall of Famer Paul Orndorff has died. Orndorff’s son, Travis, confirmed that the WrestleMania I main eventer passed away in a post on Monday morning. He wrote, “It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my father, Paul Parlette Orndorff Jr. . He is better known as “Mr. #1derful” Paul Orndorff. The CW has released a synopsis for “Loose Tooth”, the second episode of Batwoman’s third season. The episode is set to air on Wednesday, October 20th.
