WWE’s SummerSlam pay-per-view is scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday, Aug. 21. The big rumor surrounding the show, which has already become evident by what matches have been either announced or hinted at, is that WWE wants to make the show the biggest pro wrestling event of the year. On Wednesday the company upped the ante by announcing that Grammy and Emmy Award-winning actress Tiffany Haddish will host the show’s official SummerSlam After-Party....

The third episode of WandaVision was released on Disney+ this Friday, and it continued Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision’s (Paul Bettany) suburban sitcom journey. This week saw the characters living in the style of 1970s television, and one of the clearest influences of the episode was The Brady Bunch. Not only did Wanda and Vision’s house resemble the one belonging to the Bradys (especially the staircase), but there was another easter egg from the classic sitcom you may have missed....

Xbox found itself in the finals of a Twitter competition this week where it went up against Skittles to determine which brand had the better marketing on the social media platform. When the two made it to the finals, the companies upped the stakes by making promises to their fans to help push them to the No. 1 spot. Xbox’s promise from Aaron Greenberg was that the company would put Xbox Series X mini fridges into production this year if it won, and now that the poll has ended and Xbox has indeed one, Greenberg said the company will “move forward” with plans to do just that....

Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two trailer has been released online - and you can watch it above! The epic animated movie adaptation of Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale’s classic Batman detective story had to be split into two parts in order to give the story its proper due; Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One will be released on June 22nd. Clearly, DC Animation isn’t wasting any time on marketing the second half, so fans can set their expectations accordingly....

In Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2, the Caldera map added seven new bunkers. Upon entry, players discovered that the bunkers have Morse code playing in them. Given how passionate the Call of Duty audience is, it should come as little surprise that fans have already managed to translate the Morse code for all seven of these locations! The discovery was made by @Geekypastimes and his Discord, and shared on Twitter by moderator @Maisedeux....

Coca-Cola announced Coca-Cola Starlight this week and the Internet is super intrigued. The company said the new beverage is “inspired by space” and that made social media users start trying to determine what the flavor of this soda could possibly be. After all, space could taste like a number of things. The product description says the drink contains “notes reminiscent of stargazing around a campfire, as well as a cooling sensation that evokes the feeling of a cold journey to space....

The newly announced Dungeons & Dragons’ adventure looks like it will address one of the longer-running mysteries in the world of Critical Role. Earlier this week, Wizards of the Coast announced it was releasing a full-length campaign adventure book set in the world of Exandria, titled Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep. The campaign will take players from the Wastes of Xhorhas to the desert city of Ank’Harel to the brand new plane of the Netherdeep, which is described as a mix between the Far Planes and an ocean....

Cain Velasquez was arrested on Monday following a shooting a San Jose, California. The 39-year-old San Jose native is best known for his two reigns as UFC Heavyweight Champion in the early 2010s and his brief run with the WWE in 2019 that saw him challenge for the WWE Championship. It was initially unclear what Velasquez’s role in the shooting was, but ESPN’s Marc Raimondi confirmed the following morning that he had been taken to Santa Clara County jail and charged with attempted murder....

Matt Hardy took to his Twitch stream on Monday night to comment on the situation regarding Jeff Hardy’s sudden departure from WWE. News broke that the former WWE Champion had been released from his contract last Thursday, days after he was sent home from the road following a bizarre incident at a WWE live event back on December 5. Mat said, “What I am saying is Jeff is in the best place I’ve seen him in a very long time....

Netflix just dropped a new trailer for Kristen Bell’s latest movie. The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window sparked some amused reactions online when it got announced. The comedy and psychological drama hybrid is obviously taking a bit of inspiration from works like The Woman in the Window. Amy Adams witnessed a murder that occurred in her neighbor’s apartment in that movie. The police didn’t buy her story and that helped spark the action....

The Oxygen network is the go-to place for some of the most compelling, and disturbing, true-crime stories out there, with the network aiming to unveil some of the most unsettling stories yet with their “Serial Killer Week” in April. In addition to delivering all-new episodes of familiar series, the network will also deliver brand-new specials focusing on notorious serial killers like Joel Rifkin, Bruce McArthur, and Dorothea Puente. Oxygen’s “Serial Killer Week” will run on the network from Saturday, April 10th to Sunday, April 18th....

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will feature a brand new post-game area in which players can catch Legendary Pokemon. Earlier today, The Pokemon Company officially revealed Ramanas Park, a new area that players can access in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl after they enter the Hall of Fame by becoming champion of the Sinnoh region. The new area contains several rooms with pedestals. When players put special slates into the pedestals (and each slate looks like either a Game Boy or Game Boy Advance cartridge), it will trigger the appearance of different Legendary Pokemon....

First 4 Figures has revealed its first ever resin statue based on the Pokemon license: Charizard Rising Flames! The statue features the Pokemon flying above smoke and flames while using its powerful Flamethrower attack. An LED allows Charizard’s flames to light-up, which is powered by USB. The statue measures in at about 12 inches tall with an 8.5-inch base. The statue is only available through Pokemon Center, and costs $249.99. Unfortunately, pre-orders seemed to quickly sell out for the item, and it’s not hard to see why: like so many other Pokemon collectibles of late they’re already going for hundreds more than asking price on eBay!...

There’s been quite a bit of discussion surrounding the 30th anniversary season of Power Rangers, which will follow two excellent seasons of Power Rangers Dino Fury. Not much is known other than rumors at this point, but there have been some reports that hint at big names from the past being involved in the new season. Now we might know the name of the next Power Rangers season thanks to a new report from The Power Scoop, who in their sleuthing discovered a name attacked to season 30 of the show....

The Book of Boba Fett has released five episodes so far, and many fans are loving the live-action debut of Black Krrsantan, the Wookiee bounty hunter who first appeared in Darth Vader #1 seven years ago and was a fixture in the Doctor Aphra comic series. Black Krrsantan is the first Wookiee to get major screentime since Chewbacca, who has been a beloved part of the Star Wars franchise since its inception....

Stephen Amell just teased his fans that Heels is basically complete. The Arrow star also provided a reason for why showrunner Michael O’Malley hasn’t shown him the finished product yet. On Instagram, the actor posted a short video of himself outside of the area where the show is filming. Amell acknowledged that things were a bit weird in the limbo stage. But, he’s thrilled for the world to see more of his character Jack Spade and his southern charm....

The Seven Deadly Sins is hyping the release of its new Cursed By Light movie with a new promo! The fifth and final season of the series will be airing its final episode in Japan later this month, and while this will bring the anime to an end it’s far from the end of the anime franchise as a whole. In fact before the final episodes of The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement started airing, it was confirmed that the anime would be continuing its story with a brand new feature film from original creator Nakaba Suzuki....

The final chapter of The Seven Deadly Sins is looking to have one of Netflix’s biggest animes take a bow, wrapping up the story with the saga of “Dragon’s Judgement” and it seems as if we have learned just how many episodes the series has ordered for the further adventures of these fan-favorite characters. With 2021 set to give Netflix big returns in the world of anime such as Beastars and Baki: Son of Ogre, the return of The Seven Deadly Sins definitely marks one of the biggest occasions for the service when it comes to the world of anime!...

WandaVision’s Jimmy Woo might not be around for Ant-Man 3 according to the actor. Randall Park talked to Extra about the upcoming Marvel Studios film. It would seem that nothing’s been announced yet. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has been an anticipated feature since it got announced at the last Disney Investor Day. However, besides a villain in Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror, and recasting Cassie Lang with Kathryn Newton, there’s not a ton known....

Johnny Gargano closed out Tuesday’s NXT 2.0 by cutting a promo, saying he was uncertain about his pro wrestling future (his WWE contract expires this week) but that he knows his next big job is becoming a father in February. The show went off the air with Grayson Waller attacking him and powerbombing him through a table. But once the cameras stopped rolling Gargano was joined by Tommaso Ciampa, Candice LeRae, Shawn Michaels and Kyle O’Reilly (who is also leaving as his contract is up)....
