Doctor Who fans were excited at the news that Russell T. Davies is returning as showrunner for the 60th Anniversary Season of the iconic television series and it seems that a fan-favorite companion from Davies’ era with the series is open to returning to the long-running series as well if the circumstances and story were both right. Billie Piper, who played Rose Tyler the first companion of the new Doctor Who era for two seasons opposite Christopher Eccleston’s Ninth Doctor and David Tennant’s Tenth Doctor, recently revealed in a Cameo video that would consider going back....

Hypnospace Outlaw creator Jay Tholen announced today that the game will be getting two follow-ups in the near future! The first of these is Dreamsettler. While Hypnospace Outlaw was set in an alternate version of 1999, the sequel takes place in the same universe, just a few years later. In the game, players will take on the role of a new Sleepnet Private Investigator. In addition to the sequel, a spinoff will be released starring the popular character Zane, called Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath: Vengance of the Slayer....

Before the pandemic, both Matrix 4 and John Wick: Chapter 4 were set to hit theatres on the same day in May. However, The Matrix 4 has been pushed to December, and John Wick 4 isn’t being released until next year. Both movies are set to star Keanu Reeves but there’s one actor who will, surprisingly, only be in one of the films: Laurence Fishburne. Fishburne is known to many for playing Morpheus in The Matrix and many fans were delighted when he re-teamed up with Reeves in the John Wick sequels....

Marvel’s Avengers has a Spider-Man: Homecoming surprise dropping tomorrow for players, or at least players of the Avengers game on PS4 and PS5. Spider-Man is still exclusive to PlayStation versions of the game, and there’s no word of this changing, and, at this point no reason to expect the character to come to other versions of the game. What we can expect is Peter Parker’s suit from Spider-Man: Homecoming to be added to the game, via the in-game store marketplace, tomorrow, February 24....

A Mortal Kombat movie “spin-off” has been revealed, dubbed Mortal Thumbat. During the HBO Max Watch Party for the movie – which, at the moment of writing this is still going – Ludi Lin, who play Liu Kanvg, revealed the aforementioned and unofficial spin-off, which runs at one minute long and features the thumb war version of the Mortal Kombat Tournament. We secretly made the first spin-off to Mortal Kombat. Make sure you give this one 2 thumbs up....

My Hero Academia’s creator celebrated the release of the series’ newest volume with an adorable sketch featuring Mt. Lady! My Hero Academia had a massive 2020, and it’s gearing up for just as big of a 2021 as not only is the original manga release still running strong, but the anime and film franchises will each be returning for new entries throughout the year. While series creator Kohei Horikoshi already celebrated the start of the new year with a new sketch featuring the villainess Himiko Toga, now the creator has shared another adorable sketch....

NBA 2K21 is now on Apple Arcade and fans are stoked to play their favorite game on the go. Apple has made getting those highly sought-after titles a priority in the early days of the service. Now, sports fans have an absolutely great option right there on iOS products. For 2K this is basically a win as more options mean the game can be in more hands than ever. A new Pokemon Legends: Arceus trailer has revealed some tantalizing new teases for the upcoming Pokemon game, along with a possible origin for the word “Sinnoh.” Earlier today, The Pokemon Company revealed a new trailer for Pokemon Legends: Arceus that revealed several new characters and story points. In addition to formally introducing the Diamond Clan and Pearl Clan, two groups with opposing values that live in the Hisui region, we also see several characters refer to the “Almighty Sinnoh,” seemingly confirming that the word Sinnoh is a reference to Arceus, the Mythical Pokemon who allegedly created the Pokemon universe....

During an exclusive interview with ComicBook, Scream star David Arquette weighed in on Neve Campbell confirming she won’t be in Scream 6. Over the weekend, rumors began to circulate that Campbell wouldn’t be returning for the latest installment despite being the central character across the series. Although a new generation of actors was the core focus of the latest Scream film, Campbell’s character, Sidney Prescott, helped save the day. With the news that Scream 6 is already underway and coming in 2023, it was assumed that Campbell would be back yet again, but the actress stated she would not be part of the film....

Zendaya has heard your Spider-Man: No Way Home theories about Andrew Garfield’s version of the character coming to her rescue when she falls in the trailer. After the release of that clip, the entire Internet was worried about MJ. Extra asked about that particular sequence and the idea that Zendaya’s character would perish. While she was quite mum on the topic. (The superstar is a pro after all!) That didn’t stop Tom Holland and Jacob Batalon from joking around about the possibility....

Marvel fans have now seen the first four episodes of WandaVision, and there has been a whole lot to unpack! We know Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) is controlling the sitcom-inspired reality happening in Westview, and some clues have indicated that her fellow townspeople know something isn’t quite right. One character who is becoming increasingly suspicious is Vision (Paul Bettany) who questioned the reality in the third episode, which led to Wanda doing a rewind....

Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition, the new remaster of the iconic 1997 video game, is apparently quite bad. Blade Runner is one of the most respected properties out there, largely in part due to how it created such an immersive and spectacular world long before the days of completely CG worlds. Even with the film’s sequel, Blade Runner 2049, director Denis Villeneuve opted to create as many practical sets and miniatures as possible while still blending it all in with CG to enhance the aesthetic of the film....

Dragon Ball Super has revealed a small (but possibly important ) new detail about how the powers of Angels work. That reveal was found in the rough sketches for Dragon Ball Super manga Chapter 71, in which Goku continues training with Whis to better master Ultra Instinct. Whis apparently enlightens Goku as to the difference between the version of Ultra Instinct the Saiyan is using, and the version that the angels use....

Marvel fans better be ready to cry when The Falcon and the Winter Soldier finale gets rolling on Friday according to director Kari Skogland. She sat down with The Toronto Sun to speak about the epic conclusion. Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes have been through a lot in the Disney+ series. The duo has their work cut out for them in the final episode too. Skogland says that the waterworks aren’t stopping with episode 5 though....

After initially teasing new champion Gwen’s abilities, League of Legends developer Riot Games has today revealed her full gameplay kit in addition to revealed that she should be available on PBE, the game’s testing environment, today. The new champion, if you are not familiar, is a doll that was brought to life by the sacrifice of her maker and is now a magical seamstress. Her abilities largely focus on this theming with spooky elements as well as her giant magical scissors....

We’re just a matter of weeks away from Loki, the latest Marvel Studios original series to make its debut exclusively on Disney+. The live-action adventure will follow the ongoing escapades of Tom Hiddleston’s take on the God of Mischief, a role he has been playing for a decade since the first Thor film. It’s safe to say that Hiddleston has made the character of Loki his own — and apparently, that extends to behind the scenes of the series as well....

The Infinity Stones return to the Marvel Universe in Infinite Destinies, a new storyline playing out through upcoming Marvel Comics annuals beginning in June. The annuals, each spotlighting different Marvel characters and leading into the “Infinity Score” story starring Black Cat. The tales will trace the whereabouts of the Infinity Stones, which were given sentience at the end of the Infinity Wars event, becoming able to choose their destinies. Now some have fallen into the hands of some of Marvel’s newest characters....

Matt Hardy took to Twitter on Tuesday to release his first statement regarding the arrest of his brother, Jeff Hardy, in Florida early Monday morning. He wrote, “It was disheartening to hear the news about my brother yesterday. Recovery isn’t a linear process & I’ll continue doing whatever I can to help my brother be healthy.
