During their conversation, the host managed to get confirmation that the Septa Unella actress got to keep the “shame bell” from the iconic moment in the show. Most people are familiar with that scene because of its popularity as a reaction GIF, but it also serves a crucial moment in the overall story of Game of Thrones....

HBO Max’s live-action Green Lantern series may still be some time away from its debut - series writer and showrunner Seth Grahame-Smith recently offered an update noting that the series is a “big undertaking” and that it will take “a while” to become a reality - but a new report suggests that when the much-anticipated series does debut, it may just have a darker tone than initially expected. According to The Illuminerdi, the Green Lantern series will be more akin to the Watchmen event series in terms of tone, something that may not only shift what fans expect from the series but how each of the characters is portrayed....

Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn provided a new update on the movie’s ride at Epcot. Another week brought another Instagram Q+A with the filmmaker and fans poured in to ask some questions. One wondered if Gunn had worked on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Well, he has worked on it a bit but didn’t want to take too much credit. The attraction is scheduled to open this year as a part of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration....

Randy Orton will set the record for competing in the most matches on WWE pay-per-view tonight at 177 when he and Riddle take on The Usos at Survivor Series. “The Viper” will break the previous record held by Kane, who wrestled in 176 pay-per-views across 26 years. The 14-time world champion managed to break it in under 20 years and is well ahead of any other wrestler who is still active in WWE (Edge with 135, The Miz at 121, Kofi Kingston at 117)....

John David Washington’s new movie Beckett got a trailer from Netflix this week. The clip shows off a very bad week in the life of the titular character. In this film, directed by Ferdinando Cito Filomarino, Beckett heads off on a vacation with his girlfriend for some rest and relaxation. However, things get dramatic when she’s kidnapped and he gets shot by the police. From there, it’s up to Washington to run around and save his family from some sort of shadowy conspiracy....

Jujutsu Kaisen showed off the power of Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo’s new bromance with the newest episode of the series! Fans have been privy to Yuji’s kind and open personality through the anime’s first season so far as he’s made quick friends with pretty much every person he comes across. This was especially the case with the hard hitting Aoi Todo. Following his aggressive introduction in the first half of the season, Todo had come across Yuji for the first time with the official Kyoto Goodwill Event that had the two exchange blows and, surprisingly, feelings about women....

Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige tossed a little shade at Alfred Molina for revealing spoilers about the MCU. The head man spoke to ET Online for the Black Widow release. On the Red Carpet they asked Feige about what could be next for Julia Louis-Dreyfus after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Feige quipped, “You should ask Alfred Molina.” The Doc Ock actor found himself in the middle of a firestorm when he revealed how he comes into play during Spider-Man: Far From Home....

Now that the anime has officially crossed over its monumental 100th episode milestone, the series is gearing up for some pretty big things to come. Next gen update #7 has come to NBA 2K21, offering some slight improvements to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game. Notably, players can expect to see improvements to player shadows and lighting during daytime hours in The City. 2K Games also says that an issue that was causing slower loading times on PS5 has been resolved. Last but not least, an issue with accepting trade offers in MyNBA Online has been resolved....

HBO Max has released a new series of posters for Peacemaker, the upcoming The Suicide Squad spinoff featuring John Cena in the title role. The series will combine a number of returning characters from The Suicide Squad and a few new characters, including the DC antihero Vigilante and a mysterious character played by Riverdale killer Lochlyn Munro. The series is being promoted similarly to The Suicide Squad; it looks to be an ultra-violent superhero black comedy....

Hype for The Suicide Squad is beginning to skyrocket, as fans are eager to see James Gunn’s take on the unique DC Comics mythos. The promotional material for the film has already showcased a pretty bizarre ensemble of antiheroes and villains, ranging from household names to relatively obscure characters. A new teaser for the film, which was released on Thursday, reveals that two other DC baddies factor into the proceedings — including an infamous Batman villain....

Rent-A-Girlfriend will be officially returning for its second season this Summer, and it has now confirmed its release date with a new trailer and poster highlighting Chizuru Mizuhara! 2020 was one of the weakest years for anime in many ways due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, but even with those issues there were still some major new standout releases in the Summer 2020 anime schedule. One of these was the anime adaptation debut for Reiji Miyajima’s original Weekly Shonen Magazine manga series, and now the series will soon be returning for a second wave of new episodes....

Saved by the Bell star Dustin Diamond has confirmed his cancer diagnosis. Many fans were worried when news broke of the television actor being admitted to the hospital with some sort of ailment. When news outlets approached his representation for comment about his condition, most reported that he was seriously ill. Now, on Facebook, Diamond has gone into more detail about his ailment and the treatment he’s received so far. His official response is asking for some privacy at this difficult time, but they also listed an address where fans can send letters and cards in Illinois....

Spider-Man: No Way Home has revealed another image from that Doctor Octopus fight on the bridge. In the Total Film still, Octavious is looking down on Spidey while the hero points at him like he recognizes the face. (Technically impossible because Tom Holland’s version of the character has not crossed paths with the tentacled villain before.) If all of the previous images were primed for Internet meme usage, well this one is no different....

35 years ago, the four Warriors of Light fought the fallen knight Garland at the start of the first Final Fantasy game. In more ways than one, that was only the beginning. Garland was the prologue to a much longer adventure for the Warriors of Light. It culminated in the revelation that a time loop trapped the world, and Garland was waiting for them once again at their journey’s end. For Final Fantasy, a total of 14 direct (though narratively unconnected) sequels followed, with another on the way, plus countless spinoffs....

Game of Thrones’ The Mountain absolutely crushed his opponent in the boxing ring over this weekend. Hathor Bjornsson laid waste to Devon Larratt in a wild match that saw him knock his opponent out in the first round. The Icelandic Giant wasn’t messing around in this one. However, it would be helpful to point out that the actor faced an opponent that was more known for arm wrestling prowess than landing jabs....

WrestleMania 38 will feature a unification match for both the WWE and Universal Championships between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. And while there’s been plenty of build-up for the matchup itself with Lesnar terrorizing Reigns on SmackDown, very little has been said about what the unification actually means going forward. Will the winner hold both championships like when Randy Orton unified the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships in 2013? Will the winner simply relinquish their second title the following week?...

WWE has already confirmed that live fans will be in attendance for both nights of WrestleMania 37 next month, as tickets for the event will go on sale this coming Tuesday. However, the maximum attendance for both nights at Raymond James Stadium still has yet to be confirmed. Initial reports had the expected crowds at around 25,000, slightly larger than than the 22,000 that filled the stadium for Super Bowl LV back at the start of February....

WWE took an odd turn with their booking over the weekend, announcing the lineups for every team in the upcoming Survivor Series elimination tag team matches via Twitter. The men’s five-on-five match will see Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens and The Mysterios vs. Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Woods, Sami Zayn and Happy Corbin, while the women’s bout will have Sasha Banks, Shayna Baszler, Shotzi, Natalya and Aliyah taking on Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella and Queen Zelina....

Legendary comic book creator Alex Ross is writing and illustrating his first graphic novel, titled Fantastic Four: Full Circle. The graphic novel goes on sale August 2, 2022, and is the first of the MarvelArts collaboration between Marvel Comics and Abrams ComicArts. Fantastic Four: Full Circle will feature a large format that differentiates it from the standard graphic novel size in order to fully showcase Ross’ stunning artwork, while mirroring the 1980s Marvel Graphic Novel format....
