Mystery Science Theater 3000 has offered fans a first look at Joel Robinson’s iconic red jumpsuit ahead of his return in the show’s upcoming thirteenth season, which is now in production. Robinson, played by series creator Joel Hodgson, was the series’ original protagonist, before he was replaced by Mike Nelson (played by Michael J. Nelson) in the fifth season. WWE’s 34th annual Royal Rumble event will take place on Jan. 31 at the WWE ThunderDome inside St. Petersburg’s Tropicana Field. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is set to release later this week, and publisher Dotemu has dropped a new track from the game, performed by Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon the Chef and Ghostface Killah, with a beat by Tee Lopes. The song, titled “We Ain’t Came to Lose,” is sure to delight TMNT fans as the rap legends drop lines about members of the Turtle clan and their chief adversary. Fan-favorite producer and director Ava DuVernay is bringing a new series to television. On Thursday, during Starz’ inaugural #TakeTheLead Summit, it was revealed that DuVernay has landed a three-year script-to-series commitment for a currently-untitled romantic drama series for the network. The series will be executive produced by Lauren Ridloff (Eternals, The Walking Dead) and Joshua Jackson (Fringe, When They See Us), who are also set to star in the project. The series is described as following two polar opposites who become intertwined in a love affair that turns their worlds – and those of everyone around them – upside down....

Disneyland has revealed its plans for a major expansion of its theme parks. In the Orange County Business Journal, the company’s ideas for a massive add-on for both their signature California park and Disney’s California Adventure were unveiled. The last time that Disney undertook such a change was back in the 1990s when California Adventure got okayed by the city of Anaheim. Downtown Disney was also a part of that deal and you can expect similar retail areas if this proposal gets approval from the local government....
After what feels like years of secrecy surrounding the project, Netflix has finally unleashed a full trailer for its upcoming trilogy of Fear Street films, all of which were directed by Leigh Janiak and were inspired by the young-adult novel series by R.L.
