Marvel has announced that it is publishing a new tabletop roleplaying game, with the playtest rulebook being released in 2022. Marvel announced that it is publishing a new tabletop roleplaying game called Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game. This marks Marvel’s official return to tabletop roleplaying since the release of Marvel Heroic Roleplaying back in 2012. The new tabletop roleplaying game will use a brand TTRPG system called the “D616 System” (named after the “core” Marvel universe’s designation as Earth-616), with heroes using their Might, Agility, Resilience, Vigilance, Ego, and Logic while facing classic Marvel threats....

The first season of Our Flag Means Death came to an end last month, and the HBO comedy is becoming increasingly more popular. According to Business Insider, the show is the eleventh most in-demand show in the United States and worldwide. They also reported that demand for the show tripled between its series premiere and season finale, which likely had something to do with the Internet finding out about the show’s multiple queer relationships....

While Shin Megami Tensei and Persona connect, crossover, have similar themes, and share the same developer, they are also two separate series. Today, the reviews embargo for Shin Megami Tensei V, the latest entry in the former, lifted a week ahead of its release. And so far, reviews are positive, with the game sitting at an 87 on Metacritic. This isn’t as universally acclaimed as the most recent Persona game, Persona 5/Persona 5 Royal, but an 87 on Metacritic is nothing to sneeze at....

South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid is now streaming on Paramount+. Fans of the wild special now have another entry in the ongoing saga that follows the grown versions of Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny in the far-flung future. Last time out saw the remaining trio trying to get to the bottom of the pandemic which had endured for decades. With the helpful addition of time travel, things are going to get even stranger....

The Falcon and the Winter Solider came to an end after six exciting episodes, but the series set up a lot for the future, including Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) becoming the next Captain America. There are many characters from the series we expect to see again, including Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Countess Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine. Marvel has assured fans Louis-Dreyfus will return, and the 11-time Emmy-winning actor seems to be excited about her future with the franchise....

WWE’s Monday Night Raw was bumped off the USA Network this week due to the ongoing 2022 Winter Olympics. The Red Brand instead aired its latest episode from Denver on the Syfy Network and featured the Alpha Academy’s Quiz Bowl, another promo exchange between Becky Lynch and Lita, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens vs. RK-Bro and a number of matchups that teased the upcoming Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, even with the advertised limited commercials, the show brought in its lowest viewership since 2008 with 1....

WrestleMania 37 marks the first time WWE has been able to host live fans for a major event since March 2020 and the company is hoping to bring in 25,000 fans per night this weekend. However, hours before Night One gets underway, and there are still tickets available via TicketMaster for both shows. Tickets for both days of Wrestlemania are still available on Ticketmaster, largely opposite the hard cam, indicated by blue dots in these seating maps....

Daniel Craig’s fifth and final James Bond film, No Time to Die, is finally hitting theaters next week. The upcoming movie has been met with mostly positive reviews, earning an 83% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes after 114 reviews. ComicBook.com’s own Patrick Cavanaugh gave the movie a 4 out of 5 and called it a “satisfying send-off” for Craig. The movie had its big premiere earlier this week, which means fans have gotten to hear from Craig on an array of subjects, including his disinterest in who will play Bond next....

Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0: Thrice Upon A Time is the long-awaited final film in the Rebuild of Evangelion franchise and is beginning to tear apart the box office since hitting theaters in Japan, and the new anime movie has released a brand new poster featuring characters new and old. With the film franchise telling a very different story from the one that anime audiences witnessed in the legendary television series Neon Genesis Evangelion, it has already been able to make the most money of any anime on an IMAX screen for its opening day....

Hallmark Channel is paying tribute to Betty White with a massive all-day marathon on January 17. “Honoring Betty White” will feature a special slate of programming to celebrate the beloved actress on what would have been her 100th birthday. According to statement obtained by Southern Living, things kick off at 12 AM with 40 episodes of The Golden Girls. These have been selected as Rose Nylund showcase episodes. Then, at 8 PM ET, the channel will present the 2011 Hallmark Hall of Fame movie, The Lost Valentine....

Hawkeye actor Jeremy Renner had some harsh truths for his co-star Hailee Steinfeld when they both arrived for filming. A lot of people are excited about the Disney+ series and none more than Steinfeld. She told EW that she was practicing archery so that she could deliver the best performance possible. However, when a coach got a hold of her, they made it clear that she had some ground to cover to get ready....

AMC’s television adaptation of Anne Rice’s Interview With the Vampire has found its Claudia. Variety reports that Bailey Bass has been cast in the role, rounding out the main three characters in the story. Jacob Anderson and Sam Reid were previously announced in the roles of Louis and Lestat respectively. Bass will be the second actor to play Claudia in live-action with Kirsten Dunst having portrayed her in the 1994 Interview With the Vampire film....

Komi Can’t Communicate has confirmed the anime’s release date with a new trailer! Tomohito Oda’s original manga series has been steadily growing in popularity ever since it started its run back 2016, and the series has only gained more recognition since it began its official international release back in 2019. Now the semi-romantic comedy series about the titular Komi will soon be getting a huge new audience with the debut of its own anime adaptation coming this Fall....

Loki actually only had Jonathan Majors on set for a week. The new information comes from director Kate Herron’s recent conversation with Entertainment Weekly. It seems as though the Lovecraft Country star had to complete The Harder They Fall while production was going on. But, Marvel made it work and the result still has the fans going wild on social media right now. Majors brought a sort of off-kilter energy that is being quoted every minute....

On November 9th, The CW’s Supergirl will come to an end after six seasons. With filming on the Arrowverse series completed in August, the show’s stars have shared their thoughts about the end of the journey in various posts on social media, but now Supergirl herself Melissa Benoist is opening up about the one thing about playing the superhero she won’t miss. During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Benoist admitted that while she will miss the series’ cast and crew she won’t miss flying as Supergirl....
