Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is chock full of secrets and surprises, but perhaps the greatest one has finally been discovered, and it’s a testament to not only the developers for crafting such an elaborate one but also the fans and sleuths who finally discovered it. It all begins with the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Collector’s Edition, which it turns out featured some hidden clues. These never would have been found though if not for Access the Animus, who released a video in January revealing they had decoded the Isu language that is part of the game (via IGN)....

Kevin Smith’s first film was Clerks, which was released back in 1994, and the director went on to helm Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, and much more. Cobra Kai’s creator is giving some small updates about how the spin-off series are going. A lot of fans are wondering what’s next in this Karate Kid franchise. Well, Jon Hurwitz talked about where the creative team is at on Twitter this week. There are still a lot of decisions to be made. One fan named David Regan asked the creator about a Mr. Miyagi series and Hurwitz did his best to answer....

The latest arc of Dragon Ball Super’s manga has hinted that Vegeta might be getting a big upgrade as it seems as if the God of Destruction, Beerus, is taking the Saiyan Prince under his wing, and a leak for the upcoming chapter reveals that the former villain turned hero is marching forward under the feline destroyer. Following his training on the Planet Yardrat, it’s clear that Vegeta is taking some very different steps in his training than Goku and we can’t wait to see where the Prince of the Saiyans goes in the future of Akira Toriyama’s franchise....

Square Enix made good on its promise of Dragon Quest news this week by unveiling the next main installment in the acclaimed series. The next new Dragon Quest game in the works is Dragon Quest XII: The Flames of Fate. A logo was shown for the game during part of the Dragon Quest presentation, but unfortunately for those looking to learn more, that’s about all that was given to Dragon Quest fans regarding this particular project....

Netflix’s studio where Stranger Things gets filmed had a fire situation today. Newsweek reports that the Albuquerque, New Mexico site had to battle the blaze. Thankfully, the Albuquerque Fire Rescue department was on hand to help contain the situation. Luckily no one was harmed in the fire and that’s a great thing to hear after such a scary episode. Also of note to any Stranger Things fans out there, it was an old building that was gutted rather than the sets....

All Elite Wrestling’s AEW Rampage premiered on TNT this past Friday, giving the Jacksonville-based promotion its second weekly televised series. The episode kicked off with Christian Cage beating Kenny Omega for the Impact World Championship, followed by TNT Champion Miro and AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker both successfully retaining their respective titles. According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics and ShowBuzz Daily, the show drew a 0.31 rating while an average of 740,000 viewers tuned in....

A newly discovered piece of Iron Man video game concept art has started making the rounds on social media. The image was first shared by Twitter user @allosaurhell, and features a unique take on the Iron Man armor that’s quite different from any armor we’ve seen in previous media. The armor still has the classic red and gold color scheme that’s most often associated with the hero, but it has some notable differences....

Former staff members of defunct developer 38 Studios are starting to receive their final paychecks for their work on Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. 38 Studios went bankrupt in 2012, leaving many employees waiting for the rest of their pay for nearly 9 years. According to reporting from Bloomberg, about 400 employees will receive checks, with the percentage differing based on which office the employee worked for. Rhode Island studio employees will receive just 14% of the pay owed to them, while Maryland studio employees will receive 20%....

Drew McIntyre and Sheamus clashed once again during this week’s Monday Night Raw, this time in a No Disqualification match. The bout was thrown out after the two men knocked each other out with two sets of ring steps, and both indicated afterwards that their feud is far from over. @WWEonFOX then uploaded a photo of both men, showing that they had turned each other’s backs in hamburger meat with all the bruises and scratches over the last two weeks....

Pokemon Go will shake up its metagame with the first Community Day of 2022. Earlier today, Pokemon Go provided players with new details about its next Community Day, which will take place on January 16, 2022. The new event will feature Spheal, an Ice/Water-type Pokemon that first appeared in Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire. While Spheal already has its Shiny variant included in the game, the Community Day will offer players a chance to get a Walrein (Spheal’s fully evolved form) with a ravamped moveset....

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds have a new update to try out on the game’s test servers with the pre-release of Update 12.2. This update brings with it some notable features just like we’ve come to expect from the occasional PUBG patch with Update 12.2 bringing two key changes: A new map called “Taego” and two different revival mechanics connected to the map. Filmmaker Ridley Scott’s most recent film, The Last Duel may have received critical acclaim with the historical drama presently sitting at 85 percent at Rotten Tomatoes as well as a very healthy 81 percent Audience Score, but the film bombed at the box office. Even the film’s hefty star power – performances from Matt Damon, Adam Driver, and Jodie Comer, a script by Damon and Ben Affleck – wasn’t enough to make the film a box office win....
