Away: The Survival Series was announced for the PlayStation 4 before other platforms were confirmed not long afterwards, and now, yet another version has been announced. The new game from developer Breaking Walls that lets players play as a sugar glider will also be coming to the PlayStation 5 now. This version of the game has been marketed as the “most immersive experience,” but we don’t yet know if it’ll utilize things like the DualSense as other games have in the past....

Cartoon Network has released it’s “Drawn to Change” series today in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The company wants to use the day to continue the conversation around equitable, inspired storytelling. Yolanda Renee King (granddaughter of the civil rights legend) will have a conversation with Craig from Craig of the Creek. Atlanta-based artist and muralist George Baker supplied the opening sequence. For those without a cable subscription, all of the “Drawn To” episodes will be made available across the Cartoon Network social platforms....

Thunderstorms brought some serious rain to Orlando Florida on Monday night, causing some issues for the guests at Walt Disney World. The torrential downpour flooded the streets of Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT rather quickly. As soon as the walkways in the parks got covered in water up to the guests of ankles, videos of the flooding and storms began to make their way onto social media. The Northman will be raiding movie theaters this weekend, delivering the latest epic from Robert Eggers and seeing Alexander Skarsgård portray a the visceral leading role. Eggers dives into this centuries-old world with pride in the accuracy of its representation but also delivers an extra effort in many sequences to immerse the audience. One scene in particular sees Skarsgård and his viking clan raiding a village. They starts in the tall grass, emerge, catch and return a spear, climb the walls, jump down, slaughter enemy fighters, round up women and children, and take the place over all without the camera showing a cut or change in perspective....

Daniel Craig’s fifth and final James Bond film, No Time To Die, is now playing in theaters and has been met with mostly positive reviews. The movie is currently up on Rotten Tomatoes with an 84% critics score after 339 reviews and an 88% audience score after 5,000+. ComicBook.com’s Patrick Cavanaugh gave the movie a 4 out of 5 and called it “a satisfying send-off” for Craig. The movie kicks off in a unique way, with a pre-credit teaser that lasts 20 minutes....

Fans have poured over the scant few minutes of gameplay video looking for potential hints at what’s to come in the still unnamed new region that the games are set in, and players have spotted one key difference in a longtime feature seen in every single Pokemon game since Pokemon Red and Blue....

Those novels told new stories in the 24th century, sometimes with drastic changes to the Star Trek universe’s status quo....

For one week, Taco Bell is adding chicken wings to the menu and you can get them nationwide. Today is the big day for the company’s new menu item. Last month brought the announcement of several new menu items, but a lot of people’s eyes were drawn to the new wings. Alongside the chicken will be some sort of queso dipping sauce, so cheese lovers have something to celebrate right there....

The Young Bucks made history at AEW Dynamite: Road Rager on Wednesday night, becoming the first tag team to hold the AEW World Tag Team Championships twice. The show originally had Jurassic Express defending their titles against both the Bucks and The Hardys in a triple threat ladder match, but Jeff Hardy’s arrest earlier this week resulted in him getting suspended and the match switching to a two-on-two affair. The Bucks won by tossing Luchasaurus off the top of a ladder through four tables, then nailed Jungle Boy with a BTE Trigger before retrieving the gold....

Even though Disney made the decision to release Pixar’s Luca directly onto the Disney+ streaming service, free of charge for subscribers, the company is still giving the acclaimed new film a full home release. Luca is getting released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD, and digital platforms, which should excite fans of the film. Even more exciting, however, is that Luca’s home release is just around the corner. 2021 has been pretty significant for fans of Green Arrow and Aquaman, as the two DC Comics heroes recently celebrated their 80th anniversary. Both characters initially made their debut in different stories of More Fun Comics #73, and the heroes have been uniquely tied together ever since — and it looks like their biggest team-up yet is on the horizon. Late last week, writer Brandon Thomas took to Twitter to reveal the first look at Aquaman/Green Arrow: Deep Target, an upcoming seven-issue miniseries that will star the duo....

Kevin Smith is a busy man with many projects ranging from his multiple Mooby’s Pop-Up locations and the new Jay and Silent Bob’s Secret Stash to writing new follow-ups to his classic films Clerks and Mallrats. While Smith has certainly been generous in the past, we’re sorry to report the director has no plans to give away $20,000. If you see something of the sort floating around Facebook, it’s a scam....

Niantic has announced that it has stopped downloads of its games in Russia and Belarus, with gameplay being suspended shortly. Last night, Niantic announced that its augmented reality games Pokemon Go, Ingress, and Pikmin Bloom are no longer available for download in Russia and Belarus, in response to those countries’ invasion of Ukraine last month. Additionally, gameplay for those games will be suspended shortly. The decision came as more and more companies suspend sales of their products in Russia and Belarus, with many international corporation also suspending business operations in the countries....

Scientists are hoping to turn Mars green one day according to a new study in Icarus. The journal details Basically NASA is helping scientists learn how they might be able to start up food production or more on the red planet. In-Situ Resource Utilization, basically replacing objects commonly found on Earth, for use in both establishing a community there or farming for people back on our planet. But, tossing a bunch of Miracle-Gro in a space shuttle isn’t very practical....

Spider-Man: No Way Home took the world by storm when it debuted last December, with a monumental new take on the Spider-Man mythos. The film grossed an impressive amount at the global box office upon its premiere in theaters — and now, it looks like it’s headed back to the multiplex once again. On Friday night, Sony announced Spider-Man: No Way Home: The More Fun Stuff Version, which will be releasing in movie theaters in the United States and Canada on Friday, September 2nd, with more countries being announced at a later date....

All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view takes place this Sunday inside Daily’s Place Amphitheater in Jacksonville.
