With Spider-Man: No Way Home mere weeks away from hitting theaters, many folks are reminiscing about past Spider-Man movies. This is especially true considering the many connections the upcoming movie has to previous films. Earlier this month, the latest trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home confirmed the current Spider-Man (Tom Holland) will be facing off with lots of former franchise villains. We know for sure that the new film will feature Alfred Molina in his role of Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2, Jamie Foxx as Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin from the 2002 Spider-Man....

Mortal Kombat 11 players think creative director Ed Boon may be teasing the announcement of further DLC characters. A couple of months ago, NetherRealm Studios and WB Games released Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, which added Mileena, Rain, and Rambo to MK11’s already large and impressive roster. And now, it looks like NetherRealm Studios may be poised to add even more characters to the fold. While NRS and WB Games haven’t announced new DLC characters, rumors and leaks have been suggesting that the game is still getting at least a few more fighters....

Rumors have been circulating for weeks that Sony is close to finalizing a new acquisition, and according to the latest rumblings, it may be the biggest acquisition made by PlayStation yet. One of the names that has been thrown around here and there is FromSoftware, a subsidiary of Kadokawa Corporation. The Japanese studio being owned by another company makes a deal for FromSoftware more complicated, but far from impossible. For those that don’t know: FromSoftware is the developer behind the likes of Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Armored Core, and most recently, Elden Ring....

A new anime sequel has been announced for The Irregular at Magic High School! Tsutomu Sato’s original light novel series turned anime adaptation is now in the midst of celebrating its 10th Anniversary. This led to not only two seasons of the full anime, but a new spin-off series and a special anime project debuting for the New Year’s Day holiday that steps back into the past of the Shiba siblings....

WrestleMania 38 Night One had already delivered several amazing matches and moments, and now it’s time for SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey. The two have had a bitter rivalry since Rousey won the Royal Rumble and picked Flair as her WrestleMania 38 opponent, and now they were finally set to throw down for the title. The bell rang and they immediately went at each other, with Flair hitting some back elbows and Rousey hitting a number of punches and strikes....

WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey has found her next challenger, as she will face Natalya for the Title at Money in the Bank. There already seem to be some shots being thrown ahead of the match, starting with Rousey’s recent comments during the Kurt Angle Show. During that conversation, she revealed a conversation she had with Paul Heyman about a locker room going crazy when a pit bull leaves it, with Rousey adding that as far as she knows it’s “a bunch of cupcakes and hand jobs....

Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett plays Dungeons & Dragons, with his character named after a famous Castlevania character. Earlier this week, Cleveland Browns fullback Johnny Stanton IV shared a photo on Twitter that revealed he recently started a Dungeons & Dragons group with fellow football players Wyatt Teller and Myles Garrett. Garrett’s character is a Dhampir Champion Fighter named Alucard (likely a nod to the famous Castlevania character and son of Dracula), while Teller’s character is a Half-Orc Berserker Barbarian named Flapper....

Not so fast, Hot Shots: Disney+ has pulled a pair of 20th Century Studios movies after apparently adding them to the platform by mistake. Just days after Hot Shots! and Hot Shots! Part Deux unexpectedly became available to stream, the two 20th Century (formerly Fox) movies have disappeared from Disney+. (The Top Gun spoofs starring Charlie Sheen were not among the titles included on the streamer’s monthly listing of new additions to the Disney+ library for April 2022....

But all the while, Mashima’s current series Edens Zero has been tearing its way through the manga world and even crossing the 100 chapter mark over the course of 2020....

Google has threatened to pull their site from Australia if the country passes one specific law. Facebook is also threatening to alter users’ news feeds to not have any news if the code passes. Basically, the tech giants would be forced to negotiate with individual news companies in return for using their content. An independent arbiter would be assigned to “ultimately decide the payment amount if no agreement can be reached....

Actor Mike Myers might have been born before audiences met the murderous Michael Myers in the original 1978 Halloween, but when the actor gained popularity in the ’90s, audiences couldn’t help but make reference to the ominous name he shared with the killer. While the Halloween film series itself doesn’t reference the actor, one fan recently pointed out an unexpected and hilarious connection between the slasher villain and the comedic actor, noting that Michael McDonald was not only killed on-screen in Halloween Kills by Michael Myers, but also played a character that got killed by Austin Powers in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, with Powers having been played by Mike Myers....

Shuichi Shigeno’s original manga series introduced fans to the world of street racing in Japan, and while this original run was famous in its own right, the anime itself had become a massive phenomenon. Thanks to the upbeat Eurobeat soundtrack and slick looking animation for the races themselves, the series became a major mainstay that influences fans to this day....

AEW star Dustin Rhodes inadvertently sent the pro wrestling world into a panic over the weekend when he asked wrestling fans to pray for WWE Hall of Famer and iconic wrestler Terry Funk. Rhodes wrote on Sunday, “Just got off the phone with Terry Funk. He is in a lot of pain and could use some prayers. One of the greatest #TrueLegends to ever be in the ting. Appreciate y’all.” Fans immediately assumed Funk was dealing with some sort of medical issue given his age (76), the length of his career (50+ years with short retirements sprinkled throughout) and his hardcore wrestling style....

More than a year after its release, Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit has received a surprise content update on Nintendo Switch! For the first time, the game includes competitive multiplayer on one system, utilizing two physical Karts. This mode works when the system is docked, allowing players to use one Joy-Con to control one Kart. Today’s update also includes a four-player mode called Relay Race. The mode allows two players to control one Kart, flipping between avatars....

The new Call of Duty: Warzone map coming to the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X game is a lot smaller than COD players thought it was going to be based on previous leaks, rumors, and even official teases. How big exactly the new Warzone map is, we don’t know, but we do have an image of it, and it doesn’t look very big and is noticeably smaller than previous and official teases suggested....
