This week on Supergirl, Kara (Melissa Benoist) and Nyxly (Peta Sergeant) had to face a gauntlet in order to determine who would control the courage totem, the first of seven such totems required to complete the powerful all-stone, an object Nyxly is trying to obtain and Kara is trying to prevent Nyxly from obtaining. However, Kara faced the courage gauntlet twice and failed twice while Nyxly failed just once before passing and gaining control....

The Simpsons is at it again as fans claim that the show predicted Richard Branson’s space flight. This week saw the Virgin CEO take off into the stratosphere as a mostly confused audience looked on. Well, back in 2014, the show aired an episode titled “The War of Art.” During the Season 25 entry, Lisa is arguing the artistic value of a forgery, and people are shown enjoying the artwork. Branson is shown floating in space with a painting and fans quickly got on Twitter to discuss another moment in this weird phenomenon....

Joe Exotic will be resentenced as the result of a court order filed this week. The Tiger King star has been in jail for conspiracy to commit the murder of his rival Carole Baskin. Legal proceedings figured heavily into the Netflix documentary series that took the world by storm last year. CNN reports that the 10th Circuit Court of appeals have vacated his prison sentence following an appeal filed by his representation to have the convictions overturned....

Henry Cavill had himself quite a day at Warhammer World last week. Games Workshop has released a new video of Henry Cavill enjoying the sights at Warhammer World, an interactive exhibit at the company’s headquarters in Nottingham, England. We first reported that Cavill had visited Games Workshop last week, but the new video shows plenty more of Cavill looking very happy while enjoying one of his passions. Cavill not only toured the studios at Games Workshop headquarters (potentially filming new content for the company’s Warhammer+ streaming service), he also checked out the elaborate dioramas, tested out a deadly-looking sword, and inspected the details of some of the professionally painted miniatures and figures on display at the site....

WrestleMania 37 Night One is still a few hours away, but fans that have already entered Raymond James Stadium in Tampa are dealing with a severe thunderstorm. A video from Twitter user @stellar_jl319 on Saturday afternoon shows storm clouds rolling over the stadium as a voice on the intercom instructs fans to seek shelter due to lightning. @SeanRossSapp they just told us to evacuate our seats due to the weather pic....

Bray Wyatt (real name Windham Rotunda) was released by the WWE over the summer. And while his 90-day No Compete clause from his WWE contract is officially up, the former WWE Champion hasn’t made any sort of appearance in the wrestling world — opting instead to start working a horror film with Jason Baker of Callosum Studios. However, the annual pro wrestling convention WrestleCon officially confirmed on Monday night that they’ve booked Wyatt for the 2022 WrestleCon event in Dallas, taking place during WrestleMania 38 weekend....

Redondo revealed a breakdown of the new suit and all of the hidden features on social media, and the new look combines Batgirl’s Burnside color scheme and aesthetic with a more classic Bat-design style, and it just might be the perfect marriage between the two approaches....

LEGO thieves are running around France and the authorities are rounding them up. Le Parisien had the report on the Polish group that was getting into toy stores and making off with as many bricks as they could get their hands on. Stores including PicWicToys, Maxi Toys, and La Grande RécréBack were targeted. On June 10, some employees at a Picwic Toys store were trying to steal boxes, and the security identified them as specialists instead of just regular workers....

The cinematographer on Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom says that he cried the entire time he filmed Chadwick Boseman’s performance. In a conversation with The Wrap, Tobias Schliessler spoke about a long career that included hits like Dreamgirls and Friday Night Lights. But, now the cinematographer knows that he had the privilege of filming the Black Panther star in his final feature. The experience of being in the presence of Viola Davis and Boseman has left a mark on him....

A new line of Pokemon merchandise has fans questioning everything they thought they knew about one controversial Pokemon. Earlier today, the Pokemon Center in Japan announced a new line of merchandise featuring Galarian Meowth and various other cat Pokemon. The merchandise uses adorable drawings by Kino Takahashi of the various cat Pokemon playing with cat toys and engaging in other typical cat behavior, but one Pokemon’s inclusion has everyone wondering about its fundamental nature....

Crash Bandicoot is a long-requested fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and some fans think that the character’s official Twitter account is teasing an appearance in the Nintendo Switch game. Today, the Crash Bandicoot account released some new art teasing Crash’s plans to celebrate his 25th anniversary. In the Tweet, several items can be seen, and some eagle-eyed fans believe that a splash of red looks similar to the seal that appears on the invitation letter that Smash’s DLC characters receive....

The CW has released a new synopsis for “Summer School: Chapter Eight” the eighth episode of DC’s Stargirl’s second season. The episode is set to air on Tuesday, September 28th and from the sound of things, both Rick (Cameron Gellman) and Beth (Anjelika Washington) are going to be having a pretty difficult time of things, though with a couple of episodes before we get to “Chapter Eight”, exactly why is a bit of a mystery, at least when it comes to Rick....

One of the actors from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier reacted to the Disney+ censorship glitch. Earlier in the week, MCU fans noticed that Olli Haaskivi didn’t have that blood in his mouth after running afoul of Baron Zemo. The actor played Dr. Nagel in “The Power Broker” and couldn’t resist reacting on Instagram Stories. Details are gradually beginning to come to light about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, James Gunn’s latest (and seemingly final) chapter in the story of the Marvel misfits. Harley Quinn fans should rejoice because Kite Man is getting his own spinoff called Noonan’s on HBO Max. The streamer announced the news to a chorus of cheers online today. Matt Oberg will voice Kite Man again after becoming a fan favorite on Harley Quinn. In the new series, he’ll be teaming with Golden Glider to pickup that criminal past. (It turns out they bought a dive bar named Noonan’s in Gotham and the rent has to come from somewhere....
