One of the most impressive sequences in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is that first mission. Anthony Mackie’s character flies in tight quarters against enemies in flight suits and literal helicopters. Now, he didn’t actually take to the skies, but the VFX team sells the illusion well in the featurette....

After several COVID-19 related delays, the ninth film in the Saw franchise, Spiral: From the Book of Saw, was released earlier this year and the minds at Twisted Pictures are apparently already working on a follow-up. As noticed by Bloody Disgusting, Jigsaw and Spiral screenwriter Josh Stolberg took to social media to confirm work on the script for the next movie in the series, posting a photo of himself with co-writer Peter Goldfinger and franchise producers Oren Koules and Mark Burg, he wrote: " Back with my horror family, polishing up the next @Saw script....

One new Spawn comic has been delayed due to paper shortages brought on by the pandemic Todd McFarlane himself took to Twitter to explain the situation to fans. Gunslinger #1 was supposed to release today, but it looks like October 27th will now serve as the big premiere for the book. McFarland told his followers that the supply chain difficulties that are still in place around the world have led to this development....

After debuting in theaters and on Disney+ Premier Access earlier this month, Raya and the Last Dragon is getting a more traditional home release in the near future. On Monday, Disney announced that it will be releasing Raya and the Last Dragon, the latest film from its storied animation studio, and digital platforms as well as physical media. The movie will arrive on Digital HD on April 2nd, followed by a release on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on May 18th....

Jean-Luc Picard will again trade wits with the near-omnipotent Q in Star Trek: Picard’s Season Two. As part of today’s First Contact Day celebration event, Paramount+ revealed the new teaser trailer for Picard’s second season. Star Patrick Stewart introduced the trailer, with John de Lancie making a surprise appearance during the panel to confirm he will reprise his role as Q from Star Trek: The Next Generation. Q first appeared in The Next Generation’s two-part pilot episode “Encounter at Farpoint,’ putting Picard, the Enterprise crew, and all of humanity on trial....

Back in 2020, the planned Star Wars Celebration convention was postponed in response to the coronavirus pandemic, with the event being pushed to this May. While the event will honor ticketholders who were excited about that event, the upcoming festivities will be opening up a limited number of tickets that are available for all four days of the experience. The official Star Wars Celebration Twitter account confirmed that these limited tickets will be going on sale on March 15th at 9 a....

Thursday brought some surprising updates with regards to the live-action DC multiverse, as Warner Bros. announced new release dates for four of the franchise’s upcoming films. Among them was yet another release date change for The Flash, which is moving from November 4, 2022 to June 23, 2023. The news surprised fans, especially given the numbers of delays that already occurred with the film over the years, and given the film’s supposed significance in the DC canon going forward....

Keith Lee still has not appeared on WWE television since he was suddenly pulled from the United States Championship match at Elimination Chamber back in February. Over the course of the next year, DC fans will be treated to a number of blockbusters featuring some of the publisher’s biggest characters. The stars of two of those upcoming films, The Flash and Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom, have partnered up a lot in group settings over the years — and now they’ll be teaming up in an upcoming three-issue miniseries. During Thursday’s ComicsPro virtual event, DC revealed the first details behind Aquaman & The Flash: Voidsong, a comic miniseries that will arrive later this summer....

Call of Duty: Warzone headed into the weekend with a Double XP event to give players more of an incentive to play more over the next few days, but the servers aren’t holding up their end of the bargain right now. Warzone developer Raven Software tweeted about servers issues on Friday following reports from other players who shared similar experiences online and said that they couldn’t get into games or that they were getting booted from their matches....

Mario Golf: Super Rush has gotten a brand-new update on Nintendo Switch, bringing the game up to version 4.0.0. This one is a pretty big one, adding two new playable characters, new courses, and new modes! Most notably, players will now be able to play as Wiggler and Shy Guy. When Super Rush launched last summer, some players felt that the game was lacking in content.
