After spending a year-and-a-half out of the spotlight, Marvel Studios returned with a bang Friday as the studio finally released the first two episodes of WandaVision to the masses. In the blink of an eye, the series became the talk of social media as fans joined jumped into the discourse, discussing the various mysteries the series opened up. Luckily for fans, the series also happens to be packed with Easter eggs; there’s the nod to the Grim Reaper in one shot, or the fact one of the behind-the-scenes shots shows a reference shot of Wonder Man....

Several of All Elite Wrestling’s biggest stars are also avid video game fans, and it doesn’t get much bigger franchise-wise than Capcom’s Street Fighter. That’s why it makes all the sense in the world that AEW and Street Fighter are crossing over with NERDS Clothing just in time for New York Comic-Con, and the new shirts are fantastic. The official collaboration features three different shirts featuring different Street Fighter characters taking on two beloved new additions to AEW, those being Adam Cole, CM Punk, and Dean Ambrose....

A new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War leak has surfaced online, and it has the full attention of Modern Warfare 3 fans. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 2 is set to end on April 21, which means Season 3 is only a month and a couple of weeks away. For Warzone, it looks like players are getting an explosive event featuring nukes and a zombie takeover that will bring a new map to the free-to-play experience....

Reports emerged earlier this summer that Parasite star Park Seo-joon had scored a role in the Captain Marvel sequel The Marvels, with his talent agency AWESOME Entertainment reportedly confirming this news recently, per The Seoul Story. Most details about the upcoming sequel have been kept under wraps, not only in regards to the overall narrative but also to the new characters that will be making their debuts, leaving fans to merely speculate about who Seo-joon could be playing in the adventure....

It’s not a secret that DC plans to kill the Justice League this year. In fact, the publisher is promoting their demise in “Death of the Justice League,” the final issue of the series. Fans were told the Justice League would face a Dark Army of villains, but now we get our first look at who makes up this villainous group in preview art for Justice League #75. Writer Joshua Williamson and artist Rafa Sandoval have both shared pages from the issue, featuring some familiar villains from across the DC Universe marching into battle against the likes of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and more....

Doom Patrol returned for its third season last week, but getting to the next chapter of the story for the series’ misfit heroes required a bit of closure in terms of where things left off in Season 2. Thanks to the pandemic, Season 2 left off with a cliffhanger that saw the Doom Patrol encased in wax as Dorothy (Abi Monterey) prepared to confront the Candlemaker. With what would have been the Season 2 finale now the Season 3 premiere, when the wax melted, there was a major change to the Doom Patrol team - one that series creator Jeremy Carver says is the springboard for the season....

Much to the dismay of gamers everywhere, it seems like there are no plans to share any God of War Ragnarok news before the end of June. God of War Ragnarok is currently one of the most anticipated games coming in 2022. The sequel to the 2018 Game of the Year winner was announced in the fall of 2020, just ahead of the release of the PlayStation 5. It was slated to release in 2021, but was delayed to allow the team at Sony Santa Monica the chance to fully realize the potential for the game....

Jujutsu Kaisen has changed Maki Zenin’s design in a big way between the end of the debut anime season and upcoming movie, but there’s a pretty great explanation! Rather than come off of the incredibly successful first season for Gege Akutami’s original manga series with a second season as most fans had been expecting, Jujutsu Kaisen’s anime will be continuing with its first feature film instead. This new film will be tackling a very important story within the series as it goes back in time to explore Yuta Okkotsu’s first year enrolled in Jujutsu Tech....

Generally, you don’t think of potatoes as having gender, but since 1952, Mr. Potato Head and his counterpart Mrs. Potato Head have been a staple at children’s playtimes (and the Toy Story film franchise). Soon, though, there will be only “Potato Head,” with the genders removed from the toys. The move is being viewed as a progressive gesture toward inclusivity of trans and non-binary people, but it has the practical financial upside of making the Potato Head base – which was the same for both the male and female versions of the character – more versatile and less costly to package and market....

In case fans of The Witcher didn’t already have enough collectible merch across the games and now the TV series, more Witcher-inspired figures were revealed this week to give people additional options for their collections. The first of these collectibles were showed off during the WitcherCon event right around the time when we learned the release date of Season 2 of The Witcher. More figures will presumably follow the Geralt of Rivia one that’s already been revealed....

Rapper Bow Wow (real name Shad Moss) made headlines on Monday when he announced on Twitter that he wants to join the WWE after his latest album drops. Bow Wow first started wrapping as a child back in the 90s (going by the name Lil Bow Wow), then expanded his fame by appearing in movies like Like Mike, Johnson Family Vacation and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. Me and @reymysterio vs whoever @WWE for the tag team titles…...

AEW president Tony Khan has been teasing that a few surprises are on the way for AEW Dynamite’s final few weeks on TNT. Last week’s Winter is Coming special didn’t have any surprise debuts or returns (though nobody saw Hangman Page and Bryan Danielson’s title match going to a full 60-minute draw), but it did feature a backstage segment where Adam Cole promised a special “Christmas present” for The Elite. Fans immediately assumed that meant Kyle O’Reilly, given his WWE contract has expired, and on Wednesday afternoon Khan dropped another hint of something big happening at tonight’s AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash....

Inuyasha fans were stunned when it was announced that the classic anime series would be receiving a sequel series via the franchise’s creator Rumiko Takahashi, with many fans waiting for the second season of Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon to drop in October of this year. With the series telling the story of the daughters of Inuyasha, Kagome, Sesshomaru, and Rin, it seems that Yashahime is set to follow in the footsteps of its predecessor once again as the series has announced that it will be releasing a manga series that will adapt the events of this sequel in September of this year....

Anthony Mackie’s new film, Synchronic is now available on Netflix. The Marvel star has been having a blast in these action roles like Outside the Wire, and this movie switches it up. Funny enough that’s not the only MCU connection with Synchronic as Moon Knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead are the ones behind the camera here too. So, it should be full of suspense and make you wonder about life and the nature of time as well....

Zack Snyder’s Justice League is a moment unlike any before it in the history of cinema. The story of this film is wild. It has been created and chronicled by fans across social media, documented in a ComicBook.com short film, and there is even a novel on shelves in book stores around the world telling people the story of Release the Snyder Cut. After years of fans calling for Zack Snyder’s original vision for Justice League to be released, the film is headed to HBO Max on Thursday serving as a drastically different version of a movie which went to theaters in 2017 – and one which has hugely improved the property....

SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star were discovered chilling in the ocean by a team of divers. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration had an underwater vessel that took a picture of a real-life yellow sponge and pink starfish duo near Retriever Seamount. Marine biologist Christopher Mah shared the image on Twitter and people couldn’t stop talking about the discovery. Only 200 miles away from New York City, down a mile, there sat the spitting image of the popular Nickelodeon characters....

Dragon Ball Super will be launching its newest movie in Japan in just under a week from the time of this writing, and a new TV spot released for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero has finally welcomed Gotenks to the fight at last. This will be the first new anime project released for the Dragon Ball Super franchise in four long years, and that means there’s quite a bit of pressure on it to showcase some of the characters fans have been wanting to see in action in quite a while....

Emilio Estevez is speaking out on his game-changing exit from The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers. Estevez, who reprised his role as Coach Gordon Bombay for the first season of the Disney+ original series, reportedly “declined to provide assurances” he would comply with the COVID vaccination mandate of producers Disney Television Studios’ ABC Signature, according to a November 5 report from Deadline. Sources also claimed “creative differences” with Estevez may have played a role in his exit ahead of a planned early 2022 shooting start for Season 2....

Danny Ramirez addressed his future as The Falcon in the MCU after Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The actor sat down with Comicbook.com’s Brandon Davis to talk about the series. Ramirez was in a joking mood when he said, “It’s breaking up, I can’t hear what you’re asking,” when asked about wearing some wings in the MCU. It all got even more real when Ramirez said that Sam Wilson would be the character he was most excited to work with if he got his chance to become The Falcon....

The world of DC Comics-inspired television just got a major update, when it was announced on Thursday that Gotham Knights has been given a series order by The CW. The series, which will be set within its own continuity, will bring a number of memorable characters from DC canon onto the small screen, including Harvey Dent / Two-Face, who will be played by Misha Collins. Collins is no stranger to The CW following a long-running stint as Castiel on Supernatural, but fans have been curious to see what his take on Dent will entail....
