The newest poster for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is teasing Gohan’s leading role in the upcoming movie! One of the major criticisms fans have had over Dragon Ball Super’s run thus far is how it had diminished Gohan’s role in the series to the sidelines, and it had gotten to such a point that he didn’t even show up in the anime’s last outing with Dragon Ball Super: Broly. That’s why when Toei Animation first announced the next movie was in the works, fans were hoping to see Gohan in action once again....

The long wait for an update is now over as Fire Force has officially announced that it will be coming back for Season 3! Atsushi Okubo’s original manga series has ended its run earlier this year, and that means fans have been hoping to see the anime return in order to make up the lack of new material. With the second season ended its run two years ago, fans were left on a major cliffhanger without any potential word on a third season....

Focus Features celebrated its 20th birthday this weekend. The world of anime doesn’t have nearly as many horror series as you might think, though there have certainly been plenty of Shonen series that have taken the opportunity to dive into the realm of the supernatural. The final season of Lucifer - for real this time - is finally here. Fans of the animated adventures of Trevor Belmont, Sypha, and Alucard were ecstatic that the fourth season of Netflix’s popular original series has finally revealed its release date, but many were brought back down to Earth when they discovered that the upcoming season would be its last. WWE and New Japan’s locker rooms were both affected by COVID-19 recently. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported this week that multiple WWE Superstars have had to miss shows recently due to testing positive for the virus, though opted to not name names. While the company is no longer actively testing its locker room, wrestlers who test positive are immediately pulled from events and quarantined in order to prevent any more positive cases....

VICE TV’s Dark Side of the Ring kicked off their much anticipated third season with an emotional and personal look at Brian Pillman, who sadly passed away in 1997. There’s an equal amount of promise and tragedy in Pillman’s story, though unlike some other Dark Side of the Ring stories, this one does also have a hopeful light at the end of the tunnel, and it all makes for one of the most compelling episodes of the series to date....

People might not have enjoyed John Walker very much during the show, but Wyatt Russell will be lacing up his skates. Long before picking up the shield, the actor was a goalie. Fate/Grand Order has been embroiled in a major anime effort these past couple of years that not only included a two film movie project adapting the Camelot story, but a full anime series tackling the Babylonia arc. Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal officially returned to WWE television this week, arriving on Monday Night Raw alongside NXT’s Shanky (Dilsher Shanky) and Veer (formerly Rinku Singh of the Indus Sher tag team.) Mahal was taken off television and underwent knee surgery back in June 2019, and his recovery wound up keeping him out of action all the way up until the April 27, 2020 episode of Raw. He defeated Akira Tozawa in his return match that night, only to announce shortly after that he needed to undergo another knee surgery....

Burns asked James Mangold about a very specific detail concerning the hero. Orient, the next anime based on Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic creator Shinobu Ohtaka’s newest series, has confirmed its first staff and cast additions with its very first key visual.
