Rumiko Takahashi’s classic anime and manga franchise will be returning for a new anime to celebrate its original publisher’s 100th anniversary, and now Urusei Yatsura has revealed the release window for the new series with a new trailer and poster hyping what’s to come. As Shogakukan prepares to celebrate its massive anniversary, they have tapped Rumiko Takahashi’s first major manga series for a whole new anime adaptation. The franchise has gotten a few anime over the years, but it’s been tough to look back and find all of those classic episodes or movies in steady and legal places.
