Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.11.1 is now live on Nintendo Switch. As suspected, the game’s newest update is a pretty minor one, focused primarily on fixing a handful of issues players may have encountered. Fans have been eagerly awaiting some kind of substantial expansion over the last few months, but there just hasn’t been a whole lot of new things to do in the game. Nintendo has confirmed that a big update will release this year, but that likely won’t make anyone feel better in the meantime! Full patch notes from the publisher can be found below:
- Fixed an issue in the DIY Recipes app where sorting by order obtained would not display recipes in the correct order.
- Fixed an issue where color variations of certain items would not appear in the Photopia item catalog.
- Fixed an issue where the closing time music in Nook’s Cranny would not play as intended.
- Fixed an issue where certain seasonal clouds would not appear as intended.
